Associate Attorney

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate. The Litigation Associate will handle a variety of tasks including conducting legal research, drafting motions, taking depositions, and representing clients in court. The role requires detailed attention to case preparation and active participation in all litigation activities to ensure the protection of clients’ rights and interests.

Expertise in Law, including knowledge of legal principles and procedures

Skills in drafting and filing Motions

Strong Research capabilities to support case preparation

Experience in taking and managing Depositions

Proficiency in representing clients in various Courts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
