we are looking for estimators with experience in the following areas –
1. Wet Utility bids (water / sewer)
2. Deep excavation projects
3. Pump Stations bids
4. Waste Water treatment plants
5. Sign / guiderail experience
6. Public bidding experience (NJDOT, Turnpike Authority, Municipal, County bids)

Minimum 3 years experience in the engine, truck or heavy equipment industry with progressive maintenance/repair supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
Strong time management skills, ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and other related software.

Paralegal Pre-Litigation Paralegal with strong research and writing as well as being highly tech savvy.  Great work environment and full health benefits and 401K

Project Manager – (PD attached)

Looking for someone with roughly 3 to 5 years of experience managing heavy/civil construction projects for self-perform companies (no building guys and no CM’s please!!)

We can teach the ‘landscape’ component of what we do…but functionally, we’re a heavy civil company.

Compensation for this person would be based on experience/resume but I’d say a median range would be in the $130k area.

Assistant Project Manager (you can use the PM PD) –

This person would be a Project Engineer now, at a large heavy civil firm who is looking to step up after several years of project engineering.

Has to have some demonstrated PM skills and a desire to become a PM in a year or two.

Rough range $90k to $115k+/- depending on experience/resume

Assistant Superintendent – (PD attached but it is old and needs updating…we now have a General Super who this person would report to)

Looking for someone who has some experience running work in the heavy/civil/road-construction arena but is entry level and wants to learn/grow.

Rough Range $75k to $90k +/- depending on experience/resume
