Passaic County Client is seeking a building superintendent to maintain a 30 Unit Apartment building. Must live on premises in a 2 Bedroom Apt. plus utilities at no charge to the employee, plus a weekly salary and Health Benefits. Will be expected to handle light electric, plumbing, collect rents, HVAC filter changing and light cleaning and painting.
