Service Advisor

Construction equipment company seeks an experienced candidate with either automotive or heavy machinery experience to communicate with internal and external customers on a daily basis according to client's mission, vision and core company values.
• Maintain  service log with accurate and up to date repair status. Collaborate with Supervisors on clearly communicating the start, status and completion dates of all jobs to customers.
• Assist in quoting machine repairs, preparation of walk around inspections and inputting quotes and additional repairs into a segmented format on work orders. Communicating and acquiring approvals for all additional work from customers.
• Work Order Management: Open, update and provide necessary warranty information.
• Review of the Technician’s notes for clarity (edit and revise if needed) prior to submittal to the warranty department for claiming.
