The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring a seamless turnover from Sales to Operations, effective job startup, orderly progression of work during the course of the roofing project, timely billing and change order documentation, and for providing timely information to help keep projects on track to meet estimated profitability. The Project Manager is also responsible for job closeout and post-project analysis of the Company’s performance on each project.
